代表取締役 高田 圭悟
茨城県ひたちなか市生まれ。中央大学経済学部卒業後、1995年株式会社インフィニトラベルインフォメーション入社。入社4年目、アメリカの企業と合同で新システムを開発するプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトメンバーとして米国テキサス州への長期出張を経験。プロジェクトに従事する中でビジネスに関する知識、国籍を問わないコミュニケーションスキル、そして、英語力の重要性を感じて、2001年英国留学、MBA取得。
帰国後、マーケティングリサーチ会社を経て、企業教育・研修会社に入社。思考法やプレゼンテーション方法をはじめとする各種研修プログラムの開発、インストラクション、および海外パートナーとの折衝業務を担当。2010年、株式会社プレイフルを立ち上げる。
先生や講師としてではなく、参加者と同じ悩みを持ち、それらを克服すべく日々努力を重ねている一社会人としての立場を意識したインストラクションスタイルから、「親しみやすく、質問しやすいインストラクターである」と好評を得ている。
また現在、慶応丸の内シティキャンパス（慶応MCC） 客員コンサルタント、中央大学兼任講師（『海外インターンシップ・企業派遣コース』担当）としても活動中。
